The website or any part of the website plus all photographs logos and images by Paul Thompson wherever found including social media are the copyright of Paul Thompson and  cannot be used or shared without permission.

The fee for using images logos and written content without permission is £1000 in any form per each individual infringement

All images must be credited Paul Thompson Oakphotography whenever used. Unless given permission  to not credit. Removal of watermarks and/or intentional use of an image is a Criminal Act under Sections 77-79 of the Copyright, Design and Patent Act 1979

All bookings incur a charge of 50% if cancelled 7 days before the shoot and 100% if within 24hours.
